Extend care beyond the gathering.
Premium church pilot programs can expand access to scheduled nonclinical encouragement, practical direction and educational support without replacing pastoral ministry or licensed care.
Three distinct ways to begin.
Church proposals are developed privately and offered as one overall program investment. Final package details depend on available provider time, agreed sessions, educational components and a signed partnership agreement.
Focused first step
A limited pool of private individual conversations, ministry-leader orientation, resource guidance and a closing program-level review.
More access, shared learning
Expanded individual support together with an educational group workshop, leadership coordination and a partnership review.
A fuller care partnership
Broadest pilot session capacity, multiple educational workshops, priority coordination and a structured closeout discussion.
Sponsored care should remain private care.
Church leaders receive approved aggregate program information where anonymity is protected—not session recordings, personal disclosures, individual notes or identifiable participant details by default. Participation is voluntary and faith-based activities are participant-directed.
Partnership launch gates
- Confirmed provider availability and agreed schedule
- Signed scope, compensation, cancellation and privacy terms
- Secure intake, consent and safeguarding workflow
- Legal and insurance review as appropriate
- Referral and emergency escalation procedures
- Program-level measurement without sensitive disclosures
Start intentionally. Evaluate responsibly.
Beyond ER anticipates Evelyn Rai as its sole initial Support Coordinator. A church pilot will begin only after operational safeguards are confirmed, with clearly defined time commitments and participant eligibility. There is no active public booking or payment collection for this service.
