Our goal

Beyond Health & Wellness aims to make its digital information and future customer experiences usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Current approach

The site uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, text alternatives for meaningful images, responsive layouts, visible focus behavior, and a skip link. We continue to test and improve these features as the site evolves.

If you encounter a barrier, use the current method shown on the Contact page and describe the page or task that created difficulty. We will use that feedback to guide improvements.

Physical accessibility

Facility accessibility, parking, routes, treatment spaces, restrooms, and service accommodations will be evaluated as part of site selection and build-out before the physical spa opens.
