Prelaunch policy: This page describes the intended general website-data practices before transactional services are activated. It should be reviewed and updated again before live booking, membership enrollment, ecommerce, or broad marketing automation begins.

During prelaunch, most pages are informational. The local Find Your Ritual quiz runs in the visitor's browser and does not transmit its answers. When operational forms are activated, we may receive information a visitor chooses to submit, such as name, email, phone, ZIP code, appointment or product interests, organization information, and transaction details necessary to provide requested services.

General wellness, spa, retail, and marketing systems are not intended to store detailed Beyond ER support-session information. Beyond ER maintains a separate operational pathway. Do not submit crisis information, detailed health information, or sensitive support narratives through general marketing/contact forms.

Basic hosting and security systems may create technical logs. Advertising and retargeting technologies are not intended to be enabled on sensitive Beyond ER intake/session/safety pages. Additional analytics will be disclosed when activated.
